These digests are under construction
The ideas and resources in this educational Web site fill six large guidebooks. People may feel too distracted to read these materials in depth. So the items listed below are digests of key topics (without hyperlinks) that can be printed and distributed to potentially interested people. These digests include Web addresses of online articles that provide more detail.
The purpose of these digests is to spark awareness, curiosity, discussion, and motivation to learn more about yourself from the Break the Cycle! Web site. The ultimate purpose is to help readers see the effects of the lethal [wounds + unawareness] cycle in their families and society and motivate them to break the cycle.
Each digest includes one or more Web addresses to more detailed information online. The topics are grouped as (a) general-interest, and (b) relevant for typical divorcing families and stepfamilies. These digests are free, and can be quoted, excerpted, or reprinted with appropriate attribution.
